There are certain things in this world that can’t be expressed. Expression of feelings and concrete objects is the only mode through which one can communicate. Else, this world was always different for different people. Having myriad shades and various meanings that get interpreted differently. What drives a person, throughout his life, is how the world responds to him and how he responds to this world. That makes up his story! Each of us is a writer in our own way. As we flow through life, getting immersed, all tangled up in its different aspects, a part of us sits outside and watches us travel. It is that part which decides whether we had been a winner or loser in life, an achiever or a loner!
Sharing one’s story with the other is common in our society. And when it’s correctly expressed, another person never fails to see the narrator’s point of view and never fails to feel what he has felt throughout his life. This is how we make ‘friends’! But there remain certain things that can’t be expressed. Partially because there’s no word in the dictionary or no reaction commonly practiced in a social circle that describes the thing without much error! This means, so very less people have felt it this way, down history, that there’s no categorized ‘symbol’ taken for granted representing that action. But still, expressions may be lacking owing to the fact that no word would ever fit perfectly into that action, perhaps not even in future!
New expressions evolve everyday as this human race proceeds towards maturity, and newer words find their place in dictionaries. But words or symbols – representations – exist or come to exist taking help of the concept of Universality. So that a hundred people gets the same meaning out of a particular word or symbol, because this is the essence of communication. And while forming an individual opinion into a universal one, what one needs to do is to mould the whole expression into a logic cage of ‘yes’ and ‘no’! Nothing in this world is universal. Nothing… except those two words that symbolize the two extremes of the entire realm that spans human expression; i.e. virtually speaking, human existence itself! Mathematics perhaps remains the most powerful mode of accurate communication till date. A word in a dictionary may still resemble two different feelings with a degree of subtlety, but one and one always gives two! And it is this that has given rise to several of codes and communication modes bridging people of the same mentality.
When feelings lack a suitable outlet of expression a person goes friendless in this world. It is not uncommon, therefore, that people who had been outstanding achievers and trendsetters in history with their creativity have often gone lonely in their lives! It is only after they have been able to successfully ‘set’ their trends, have newer lanes of thinking, expression and philosophy developed that have led this humanity a step further in its line of growth, and the others have understood and accepted their ways of living. Grasping one’s own ideas of existence, at an early age, is difficult. And successfully communicating them is still more difficult.
When uncommunicated feelings build up in a person, the only option he has to fall back on is to become silent. Even the logic net of ‘yes’ and ‘no’ sometimes fails to generate a fixed meaning of a particular word. Silence, on the other hand, is quite capable and powerful enough to convey two opposite meanings of the same word! It serves the purpose as long as speaking or writing can’t bring the same level of communication.

Sometimes, when ‘eyes speak’, it happens! But the only drawback of this is that the conveyed feelings are bound to remain trapped between the persons and thus don’t get recorded down to be interpreted by History later. Mathematics breaks down altogether. And the ‘impossible’ starts to happen! Because it’s not felt by many, and because it’s termed ‘outrageous’ or ‘improbable’ – just because it’s not possible to get the feelings recorded and compared to ‘set standards’ – it gets looked down by many people. But every coin has other side to it. Because it’s not shared, it still remains something personal! Because it doesn’t get recorded, in whatever ways and how many times it gets repeated down history, it still remains something fresh and virgin! It’s illogical and defies mathematics. That’s how it still carries a scent of ‘imagination’ with it that never fails to mould itself according to the wishes of the individuals who decide to use it! It gets lost down the mazes of Time and then again resurfaces down future in another form.
It sometimes happens when you are in love! Feelings get locked up within and go unshared. Some lovers hate this silence and solitude. Some love it. That is where they go different. Just this!
